From January to September 2021, 11.5 million appeals were registered on the electronic services portal of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the population. This HaqQin.Az was told in the press service of the Ministry of Labor.
According to information, on the basis of these appeals, citizens were provided with services in such areas such as labor relations, employment, social protection and social security, social insurance, disability and rehabilitation, adoption, etc.
105 of the 170 services of the ministry are through an electronic platform. Most of them are associated with social security. 44 Electronic services are provided in proactive form (automatic implementation of human rights to obtain a type of social security without submission of applications and documents).
Currently, it is working on the translation to digital rails of another 56 services. About 20 of them are proactive services.
