120 migrants from the CIS and Africa countries after a raid in the suburbs will expel from the Russian Federation.

During the raid, administrative protocols were drawn up in relation to 120 foreign citizens for violating the regime of stay in the Russian Federation under Art. 18.8 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, of which 19 migrants were held accountable for the illegal implementation of labor activity in Russia under Art. 18.10 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation and one for evading the execution of administrative punishment under Art. 20.25 Part 3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, said Petrova.
“for each foreigner, a fine of five thousand rubles was imposed with subsequent expulsion outside the Russian Federation. Thirty-one migrants are placed in a specialized institution until the court decision is executed,” she said.
Currently, police officers are conducting additional measures aimed at establishing and detaining organizers of illegal migration.
On August 8, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the law on the introduction of a new migration deportation regime in the country, he applies to illegal migrants. The adopted law involves the creation of a register of controlled persons. Before expulsion, a foreign citizen or stateless person is placed in a special institution. When he leaves the country, the regime will cease its action.
State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin on August 21 said that 28 draft laws on the regulation of migration issues are under consideration of the lower house. Initiatives, it is proposed, in particular, to prohibit low -skilled labor migrants to bring their families to the country.
