A few more witnesses were testified in court in the case of the former head of the executive branch of the Imishcheshlinsky district, William Gadzhiev, who is in custody.
During the proceedings in the Baku court on serious crimes, the testimony of the head of the improvement of the executive branch of the Imishlensky district Mirgaib Sariev was heard.
“Additional money was issued for the improvement of the district, – said the witness.” We handed them over to the head of the financial department Ragima Ragimov. Only I gave him 30 thousand manat. The money allocated to control landscaping from the financial department of the executive branch for the purchase of special vehicles, gloves and gloves and I transferred other equipment for employees. I transferred money to Ragima in parts. “
Ahad Veliev, an employee of the Economic Department of the Imishchenskaya Central Hospital, said that he gave a bribe in the amount of 1,500 manat to arrange his daughter -in -law to work in kindergarten.
“I was called the amount, I agreed,” the witness showed. “I paid the representative of the executive branch 1,500 manat. I gave the money in parts, from salary, 100-150 manat per month …”
Emin Farzaliev, an engineer who is currently working in the Imishlensk power grid, confirmed his testimony to the investigation, saying that during the former head of the executive branch he worked as the chief architect in the executive authorities, was engaged in construction and improvement, but did not have a relationship to financial matters .
Later, the “long -awaited” Ragim Ragimov was interrogated in court. According to the witness, after Willyam Gadzhiev was appointed head of the district, work on landscaping began in the images, and entrepreneurs were drawn to the district – to open businesses. But, according to Ragimov, funds allocated for the improvement of the territory of the district were clearly not enough and debts arose.
“The improvement work lasted about six or seven months. It took huge amounts for this. The head of the executive branch held a meeting and told us that the debts had to be repaid,” Ragimov said.
The prosecutor asked the witness what amount of debts was in question. To which Ragimov replied that the exact figure was unknown to him, but he remembers that she was quite solid.
Discrepancies were revealed between the statement of the head of the financial department in court and the testimony that Ragimov gave during the investigation. For the investigation, Ragimov said that Nepal LLC was allocated for construction and landscaping work of 193,000 manat. Of this money, 70,000 manat was handed over to the chief accountant Jamil Musaev:
“The money was transferred to Sajyad Safarov and from there were withdrawn in cash and transferred to Jamil, – said the witness.“ I myself took 10,000 manat and transferred them to the budget of one of the projects in the region, but soon returned it. “
“Did you give me money? I took bribes from you?”, Willam Gadzhiev started.
to which Ragimov immediately answered: “No, there was nothing like that.”
The court will continue on May 6.
