27 Members Of Armed Gang Are Neutralized In Nigeria

Nigeria’s security forces neutralized 27 members of armed gangs in Enuga in the south of the country.

Police Commissar Enuga Ezes said that security forces had operations against armed gangs in several regions of state.

However, Eza did not provide information about the affiliation of neutralized armed persons to any group.

It is known that members of the terrorist organization “The Indigenous Peoples of the Biafra” (iPob).

Millions of people died in the 1967 civil war, when the inhabitants of the Biafra rebelled in order to create an independent state of Biafra in southern Nigeria.

The Republic of Biafra, founded in 1967 in the southeast of the country, again passed under the sovereignty of Nigeria at the end of the Civil War.

IPOB, declared by the Nigerian state with a terrorist organization, seeks to create an independent state.
