A resident of the village of Topchu in Ismaillinsky district 28-year-old Hazi Salabaliev drowned in the lake tonight, according to APA.
His body is extracted from the water by the staff of the Diver-Searching Group of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the family transferred.
