LLC “Capital construction and repair of the city of Baku”, the customer of repair and construction work on behalf of the executive authority of the city of Baku, announced the conclusion of the contract for repairing the roof roofs of the State Housing Fund. Reports about it Turan.
According to a single portal of state electronic procurement, the contract is awarded to CJSC “Vest-Ltd” on July 28th. The cost of the contract is 5 million 995.3 thousand manat ($ 3 million 526 thousand). In May 2020, a similar agreement was signed between these parties in the amount of 9 million 992.5 thousand manat ($ 5 million 878 thousand).
Agreement provides for completion of repair work until August 30 of this year. At the same time, contrary to the requirement of legislation, the list of residential buildings in which roof repair is required.
