A businessman from Samara ordered grenades from Azerbaijan, but did not pay for them

An entrepreneur from Samara was accused of fraud for deliberate non-fulfillment of contractual obligations in the field of entrepreneurial activity. According to the case, the fraudster ordered 16 tons of grenade from Azerbaijan, but did not pay a large batch of fruit. It is reported by Komsomolskaya Pravda.

“An individual retail business entrepreneur with fruit and vegetables in the summer of 2016 concluded a contract with the Azerbaijani supplier for the supply of 16 tons of 675 kg of fresh pomegranate in Samara. The cost of the order was 1,087,877 rubles,” said the Samara Region prosecutor’s office.

The supplier delivered fruit to the customs point, the buyer accepted the cargo, but did not pay the goods according to the agreed periods in the contract.
