Experts found out that nuts reduce low-density lipoproteins (LDL) and triglycerides that contribute to the formation of cholesterol plaques in the arteries.
doctors note that in the absence of medical contraindications, any nuts can be used in food, since almost all kinds contain unsaturated fats, omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, vitamin E, vegetable sterols and L-arginine. Scientists warned that this product has a high calorieness and recommended to use nuts only with small portions, not combining with sugar, salt or chocolate.
