The ground staff of the largest German air carrier Lufthansa began a strike on July 27, announcing the abolition of almost all their flights in Germany. According to the airline’s press release, 678 flights were canceled at Frankfurt Airport, which will affect about 92 thousand passengers, 345 flights at Munich Airport, which will affect about 42 thousand passengers.
