A strong earthquake occurred in Uzbekistan

A earthquake of magnitude 6 occurred in the Surkhandarya region in the south of Uzbekistan, there is no destruction and injured data, according to the Republican Center for Seismoprogeni Monitoring of the Ministry of Emergencies.

According to the center, the sub -shocks of magnitude 6 were recorded at 15.27 (14.27 by Baku time – ed.) With the epicenter in the Surkhandarya region 411 kilometers in the southwestern direction from Tashkent. The hearth lay at a depth of 15 kilometers.

In the Surkhandarya region, there were an underground shocks of 4-5 points, in Kashkadarya – 4 points, Samarkand, Jizak, Bukhara, Syrdarya and Tashkent – 3 points, in Tashkent – 2-3 points.
