The Czech Prime Minister Chancellery reported that the Prime Minister Peter Fiala on the social network X was hacked, and unrealistic posts were made on his behalf.
The spokeswoman for the government, Lucius Mikhut Esatkov, in a press statement, said that the official account of the X Prime Minister Fiala for a short time in the morning, despite all the security measures taken, was hacked.
According to her, unknown hackers also hacked the official X-account of the three-party government, and the unrealistic posts made from the Prime Minister’s account included such statements as “Russian troops opened fire on the Czech military on the Czech border and the Czech Republic would take retaliatory measures against customs regulation of the United States.”
Esatkova noted that subsequently these messages were deleted, and the account was again taken under control. According to her, the investigation of what forces are behind this incident are engaged in security agencies.
