On the eve of Baku, the accused of killing Rashad Isaev was detained. According to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Narimanovsky District, April 3, 2016, on the fact of the application of Isaev’s knife wounds, Bessonov Alexander Vitalyevich in the city of Lebedyan of the Russian Federation, from which the latter died from the injuries received, a criminal case was initiated.
In August 2018, Isaev was absently attracted as an accused in a criminal case. A year later, in August 2019, the case was sent to the Prosecutor General’s Office of Azerbaijan to continue the investigation and retrained to Article 126.3 (intentional causing serious harm to health, which caused the death of the victim) of the Criminal Code by negligence. In August 2021, the Prosecutor’s Office of the Narimanovsky district announced Isaeva wanted.
