Afghan depreciated, and Taliban banned buying and selling dollars

The Taliban movement forbade buying and selling dollars due to a sharp depreciation recently national currency – Afghani. This was reported by the Afghan AMAJ NEWS.

According to him, on the largest foreign exchange market of the country “Sarai Shahzada”, which is located in Kabul, the dollar has already reached 114 Afghan, although at the beginning of August amounted to about 80 Afghani.

Taliban representatives are not commenting on the current situation.
