Afghan President Ashraf Ghani called the main priority to reorganize the country’s armed forces and promised to prevent further instability, Interfax reports with reference to Western and local media.
“In the current situation, the reorganization of the armed forces and security forces is our main priority,” the Tolo News channel is quoted from its appeal.
President Gani declared that he knows that people in Afghanistan are concerned about their future. “I assure you that, as your president, I focus on preventing further instability, violence and movements of people,” said Ghani, adding that he would not allow war to bring death to Afghans, the loss of achievements over the past 20 years, the destruction of state property and instability.
