at least 11 Afghan provinces, including the capital’s Kabul region, were left without electricity because of the explosion arranged by unknown power lines, TASS reports.
The explosion, as noted, occurred in the province of Parvan.
“As a result of the blowing of the mines, two power towers were destroyed. As a result of this incident, the Kabul province and 10 other provinces were left without electricity,” the operator said.
As in turn writes Afghan Agency ASVAKA News, the damage to the line gave energy from Uzbekistan.
