Afghanistan: women were forbidden to travel alone

Taliban tightened prohibitions for movement alone for Afghan women. It is reported by BBC News.

According to the information, the Taliban banned women ride to long distance without escorting a relative-man. We are talking about the distance of more than 72 km. They also called on vehicle owners and taxi drivers to deny women in services if they do not wear hijab.

Earlier in the Mukur district of the Afghan Province of the Taliban, the Taliban banned doctors to assist sick women, who, instead of a men, are accompanied by a female relative.
