Special groups consisting of representatives of the executive authority Baku and the Azerigas Production Association, began monitoring the social catering facilities. This was reported by Haqqin.az in the Baku City Hall.
During the monitoring, the kitchens and other zones of public catering facilities were examined, the state of gas cylinders, heating devices, power grids, ventilation and other systems were studied.
The city hall said that the purpose of the monitoring is to study the real situation on these facilities, preventing possible incidents in the future and employee education.
On some facilities located in the basements and on the first floors of residential buildings, gas cylinders were found, as well as gas lines carried out using rubber hoses and other materials. All shortcomings were brought to the attention of object executives.
Recall, on the night of April 3, an explosion thundered in a nightclub in Baku, one person died, more than 30 were injured. According to the preliminary version, an explosion that caused a fire and collapse in a nightclub occurred due to gas leakage in a faulty gas cylinder with propane.
At the same time, educational conversations were held with the personnel of objects about the correct compliance with safety requirements.
It is assumed that monitoring will be carried out primarily in the central part of Baku, then at all public catering facilities and on the provision of other services of the capital.
After summarizing the monitoring, it is planned to organize the relevant seminars for entrepreneurs.
