Now the shares in the project are distributed as follows: BP PLC – 29.99%, LUKOIL – 19.99%, TPAO – 19%, SOCAR – 14.35%, Nico – 10%and SGC (daughter SOCAR) – 6 , 67%.
Recall that earlier the state oil and gas company Malaysia Petronas confirmed the fact of the arrest of property in Luxembourg of two of its subsidiaries that manage gas assets in Azerbaijan worth $ 2 billion. The bailiffs sealed the offices of these companies.
“We confirm that our two subsidiaries, mentioned in the report, received” Saisie -Arret “(notification of arrest) on July 11, 2022,” the statement said.
