Armenia is ready for a meaningful conversation with Azerbaijan on the signing of the Peace Agreement, said Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan.
“The goal of our government is to sign an agreement on the world with Azerbaijan and the establishment of diplomatic relations with Turkey,” said Pashinyan, answering questions from parliament, Interfax reports.
According to the Armenian premier, Yerevan is interested in signing the peace agreement with Azerbaijan and is ready to negotiate: “We talked about the negotiation format, this is known. This is our goal, and we are ready for a substantial, specific conversation.”
At the same time, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan said that Yerevan hopes to begin meaningful negotiations with Ankara to open the border and the establishment of diplotes. “On February 24, the second meeting of the Special Representatives of Armenia and Turkey will take place in Vienna. We hope that in this meeting, the meaningful negotiations between special representatives, aimed at the opening of the state border and the establishment of diplomatic relations,” said Mirzoyan, according to which, Yerevan receives from Ankara Positive pulses.
