The leader of the new administration in Syria, Ahmed al-Shara, was declared president of the country of the transition period.
According to the Syrian News Agency (Sana), the Victory Conference was held in Damascus with the participation of the ball, Foreign Minister Assad Hassan Sheybani and representatives of the country’s military groups.
Upon completion of the event, the press secretary of the Military Operations Department Colonel Hassan Abelgani read out the final declaration.

The conference canceled the 2012 Constitution. Abdel Gani also announced the dissolution of the army, security units and parliament related to the Assad regime.
