According to the document, the Azerbaijan Institute of Food Security and the Lithuanian National Institute for Food and Veterinary Risk Assessment will exchange experience and expand cooperation in the field of veterinary medicine and animal health.
The scope of the memorandum is the interaction of the parties to ensure the health of animals living both on land and in water, preventing the distribution and elimination of zoonotic diseases, and animal life-threatening diseases. In addition, cooperation in the field of conducting laboratory analyzes will be expanded to achieve the production of useful and safe food products of animal in accordance with international requirements in order to identify zoonotic diseases.
