Azerbaijan Institute of Food Safety (AIPB) offers professional consulting services for analyzing risks in the food chain entities of entrepreneurship engaged in food product activities.
The service includes the stages of determining the risks and permissible levels of food safety in the business entity, threat assessments, selection and classification of control measures.
As part of the service, the risk of the enterprise is carried out from the point of view of human health and food security, as well as the analysis of the environment around the enterprise, production activities and other auxiliary factors. At the same time, for the subject of entrepreneurship that uses the service, the relevant measures to monitor the established risks are determined, the necessary information about the revealed risks and innovations used.
It is noted that professional consulting services for risk analysis in the food chain are carried out in accordance with ISO 22000: 2018.
