Aircraft That Made Forced Landing At Erzurum Airport Awaits Departure

Passenger aircraft Vistara Airlines, which performed a flight from India to Germany and made a forced landing at Erzurum Airport due to messages about the bomb, awaits departure.

The INDIAN AIRLINES plane made a forced landing at the Erzurum Turkish airport in the evening, on September 6, at about 16.30 after one of the passengers wrote on a napkin that there was a bomb on the plane.

In the Turkish airport, increased security measures were taken.

The brigades of the saviors, doctors, police and fire services, 247 passengers and crew members of the aircraft were evacuated, and a detailed search was conducted in the cabin and cargo compartment.

After a thorough inspection of the aircraft completed at 23.30, it was found that the threat of the explosion was unreasonable.

The plane was delivered to the guest park, and passengers continued to be expected in the international terminal.

It is expected that the plane arriving from India to pick up passengers will fly out at about 12:45 local time and will arrive at Erzurum Airport at about 14:30.
