“It is very difficult to maintain even a monthly ceasefire, if there are no security guarantees. We need security guarantees for Ukraine. That’s why they should be part of the plan, otherwise it will not work,” said Caris, referring to the peaceful plan, which the leaders of the UK and France are preparing.
The head of the Baltic country admitted that the peace process is still at the very beginning, so the disagreements that have arisen are quite understandable.

Estonia plans to increase defense costs to 5 percent
