Azerbaijan Prime Minister Ali Asadov visited the Embassy of Japan in Baku and expressed condolences in connection with the death of a prominent statesman, the former Prime Minister of this country Shinzo Abe.
The news of the death of Shinzo Abe as a result of the attempt was perceived with a deep sorrow, Assadov wrote in the Book of condolences open at the embassy.
It was noted that Shinzo Abe, who devoted his whole life and activity to worthy service a native country, had great authority in the international arena. His great merits in the development of friendship and cooperation between the Azerbaijan Republic and Japan were highly appreciated.
There were also deep condolences to the family and relatives of the ex-prime minister, the people of Japan.
