Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev sent a congratulatory letter to his Kyrgyz colleague Sadir Zhaparov on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan, the official website of the head of the Azerbaijani state reports.

It notes that Azerbaijan attaches special importance to friendly relations and cooperation with fraternal Kyrgyzstan, “with which we are associated with deep historical, cultural and spiritual roots.”
