Azerbaijan is committed to the world and makes efforts to minimize the risk of any new war in the South Caucasus, said President Ilham Aliyev.
“We are ready (to reconciliation with Armenia – Ed.). We have already made several public statements about what they are ready to turn the page of hostility and work on a peace agreement,” Aliyev said on Tuesday in Brussels at a press conference with the Gensen NATO Jensese Stoleberg.
