Russian Minister of Defense Andrei Belousov announced a difficult situation on the southern boundaries of the Zone of the Collective Security Organization (CSTO) organization area. Belousov made the corresponding statement at a meeting with the Minister of Defense of Tajikistan Sherali Mirzo.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, negotiations between the heads of military departments of Russia and Tajikistan were held “on the fields” of the Council of Defense Council of Ministers of the CSTO, held in Almaty.
