The Azerbaijani government in 2022 will additionally direct 470 million manat to finance the restoration of the liberated territories – Karabakh and East Zangesur.
According to APA, the Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan presents a draft amendments to the parameters of the state budget for 2022, which provide for an increase in income and expenses. One of the directions of increasing expenses will be the allocation of an additional 470 million manat for restoration work carried out in Karabakh and East Zangesure.
According to the report, in January-May 2022, 1 billion 60 million manat was allocated from the state budget to restore and reconstruct the liberated territories, this is 3.6 times more than 5 months of 2021.
