Eisme reported that, unlike Armenia, Azerbaijan is seriously treated by its international obligations, and claims related to crimes committed during military operations are investigated by relevant government agencies. It was brought to the note that on September 17, 2022, the military prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Azerbaijan announced the beginning of comprehensive investigations in order to establish the authenticity of video recordings with the alleged murder of Azerbaijani military personnel widespread on social networks, as well as the time and place of deposit.
