Amid Aslanly submitted a SGB employee and demanded money from entrepreneurs

During the investigative actions, it was found that on June 27 last year, Aslanlah appeared on an object called “Dudles”, functioning as a cafe and hostel, and introduced himself as an official. He began to threaten the hostel manager M. Shakhbazova with the spread of information that this object is an underground brothel and took 550 manat from it. He threatened Rishi Amir, the manager of the cafe, being an employee of Qaynarxətt.az, he will write with social networks that the institution is in unsanitary state and also acts as a brothel. Not satisfied with this, the fraudster managed to get money from the tenant of the Sakhavat Ismailov object.

at the Dalga Hotel, located on Baku Prospekt Babek, Aslanly introduced himself as an official, threatened to disseminate the defamatory information about the activities of the hotel, his closure and arrest of employees, demanding 1000 manat from the tenant Sadykh Aliyev.

Rasim Shihiev, the tenant of the Play hostel, the fraudster also threatened and demanded to pay him 500 manat monthly.

July 17 last year, Aslanly entered the Gaya restaurant. He introduced himself to the administrator Nijat Dadashev and demanded the money, threatening to spread the rollers on social networks defaming the institution.

Not satisfied with this, Aslanlai headed to the health center located on November 8th. The executive director of the center Alesker Rustamov was a fraudster who introduced himself as an employee of the SGB and demanded 2000 manat a month, threatening to spread the discriminating information about Rustamov and he headed by the center at Qaynarxətt.az. Rustamov, however, in response firmly stated that he would not pay a penny, and contacted law enforcement agencies.

Aslanlas were charged under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code. The defendant himself did not plead guilty, saying that he did not blackmail anyone and did not receive any money.

The court found that the testimony of the accused is self -defense aimed at evasion, and are completely refuted by other evidence in the case file. Amida Aslanlai sentenced to 7 years in prison.
