In the east of Georgia, an earthquake of magnitude 4.7 points occurred. This is stated in the message on the website of the National Center for Seismical Monitoring.

The underground shocks were recorded 9 km northwest of the city of Dedipitoparo in the Kakheti region at 12:08 Tbilisi time.

The epicenter of the earthquake was at a depth of 18 kilometers.
