A earthquake of magnitude 5.4 was recorded in the sea of a gang off the coast of Indonesia, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center said.
The epicenter was 282 km southwest of the city of Tual with a population of about 39.5 thousand people. The hearth lay at a depth of 112 km.
Information about the victims and destruction was not received. The threat of tsunami was not declared.
