Moscow (AA) – an explosion occurred on the territory of the Kuibyshevsky oil refinery.
According to the deputy Alexander Khinshtein, who represents the Samara region in the State Duma, the explosive device worked there.
“According to the preliminary version, an explosive device was laid. Fortunately, there are no serious destruction, as well as the victims,” Kinshtein wrote on the social network Telegram.
