Anadolu Agency has become a “global communication partner” of 5 presidential international races on yachts organized by the Istanbul club of sea races under the auspices of the president with the assistance of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
The races on the yachts that will begin with the Galicarnas Cup on Sunday, May 19, in Bodrum, after three stages will end in Istanbul with a cup of the republic on Tuesday, October 29.

The start of the 5th Presidential International Regatta of Yachts will be held on May 19 from the stage in Bodrum.

The second stage of the regatta, Istanbul Cup, will be held on May 28-29.
As part of the anniversary ceremonies dedicated to the conquest of Istanbul, athletes will compete in the Bosphorus. Teams will start from Besiktash, after the race in the Bosphorus will complete the competition in Besiktash.

Starting from the “violent races” in Istanbul on October 26, the Bosphorus will be painted in sailboats on October 29. Participants will compete for the cup on the difficult highway of the Bosphorus.
Racers from around the world will begin the race on the day of the republic with a minute of silence in honor of the founder of the Turkish Republic of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, and his associates in front of the Palace Dolmabahche.
At the end of the stages that will be held in Mugle and Istanbul, the team, which has achieved the best overall result, will be awarded the title of champion of the 5th Presidential International Race and the Presidential Cup.
