As reported on the eve of Haqqin.az, in the village of Agaly of the Zangilan district, when organizing the General Prosecutor General’s Office with the participation of representatives of numerous state structures, international organizations and non -governmental organizations, a conference was held on the “Great Return to Liberated Territories: Violated Rights and Restoring them,”

Anar Bagirov noted that he became a witness to unprecedented construction work, conducted under the leadership of the head of state on the liberated lands and, in particular in the Zangilalan district. The head of the Bar Association complained that the activities of international organizations are formal in nature, the norms and principles of international law do not work, and the restoration of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan did not work thanks to the will of the President Ilham Aliyev, who is fully supported by the people.
At the same time, Anar Bagirov added that the efforts made from the 90s and adopted by leading international organizations give Azerbaijan resolutions to be additional force and international support. Paying attention to the significance of legal protection tools Anar Bagirov emphasized that the board of lawyers sent over 2000 appeals related to the restoration of the rights of forced immigrants to the European Court of Human Rights.
During the war, which was carried out not only on the front line, but also in the information sector, the college of lawyers prepared legally and factologically justified reports and sent them to more than 230 international organizations and 40 authorized persons.
A. Bagirov with confidence noted that the Armenia defeated in the military, economic, political and moral plan, will be responsible for its actions and will be forced to pay appropriate compensation.

“We hope that from now on international law will be more functional and effective, and those who grossly violate the norms and principles of international law, including the Geneva Conventions, committing military and other crimes, will bear legal responsibility,” he said .
