“In the conditions of tension caused by the accumulation of Russian troops at the boundaries of Ukraine and the frequent violations of the cease-fire regime along the line of contact in the east of the country, it is recommended to show high vigilance and not go to border areas in the north and east of the country. Citizens of France, which are in Kharkiv, Lugansk and Donetsk regions are not officially recommended, and as a precautionary measure, it is strongly recommended to leave these areas without delay, “the department says.
It is noted that the recommendations will be updated as information is received.
