Candidate for the post of Mexico Ambassador in Azerbaijan, Maria Victoria Romero made a speech to the deputies of the country’s parliament.
In the event of an appointment, Romero said that the priority direction of her work would be further developing dialogue between states for the benefit of improving cooperation between Mexico and Azerbaijan.
She also noted that she would make a proposal to consider Mexico as a promising direction for investment in the energy and construction of railway infrastructure.
Romero promised to pay separate attention to the support of tourist and cultural ties with Azerbaijan and promoting the image of Mexico among the population of Azerbaijan.
