The Poland Ministry of Foreign Affairs said they recommend that their citizens leave the territory of Russia.
The Poland Foreign Ministry said that the warning is published in connection with the ongoing military invasion of Russia to Ukraine, as well as the declaration by the Russian authorities of Poland by the “unfriendly state”.
Poland Foreign Ministry emphasizes that a sharp reduction in the staff of the embassy and consular institutions in Russia limits the possibilities of diplomatic departments to assist Polish citizens in case of problems.
“In the event of a sharp deterioration in the situation with security, the closure of borders or other unforeseen circumstances, the evacuation of Polish citizens may be difficult or completely impossible,” the report said.
Earlier on Tuesday, on September 27 it was reported that the Bulgarian government called its citizens who are now in Russia to urgently leave the country against the backdrop of partial mobilization in the country. Bulgaria authorities asked their citizens to refrain from traveling to the Russian Federation.
