Seismological services recorded on Monday evening in the Tashtagol district of the Kemerovo region of Russia 3 underground shock with magnitude from 3.1 to 4.1.
This was reported today on the website of the Altai-Sayan branch of the Unified Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
“Operational message about the seismic event: LATE – 53.09, longitude – 87.66, magnitude – 4.1, intensity of concussions in the epicenter – 5 points MSK64,” the message said.
According to the service, the earthquake occurred on Monday at 18:22 in Baku or at 21:22 local time. A little later, two more tremors were registered with magnitude 3.1 and 3.6.
Information about destruction or injured in operational services was not received.
The press service of the Siberian Generating Company reported that the Tom-Usinsky GRES is 100 km from the epicenter of the earthquake. Experts examined buildings and structures, no damage was found.
