The Turkish authorities canceled the visit of the Minister of Defense of Sweden Paul Yonson to Turkey, which was scheduled for January 27, this was announced by the head of the Turkish defense department of Hulushi Akar.
“At the moment, the visit of the Minister of Defense of Sweden Yonson to Turkey on January 27 is meaningless. Therefore, we canceled the visit,” Anaadola quotes Akara.
The agency explains that supporters of the Kurdistan terrorist working party (RPK) received permission from the Swedish police to hold an anti -Turkish demonstration to the country’s embassy.
Earlier, the Turkish authorities decided to cancel the visit of the Swedish Parliament of Andreas Norlen to Turkey due to the RPK in Stockholm.
