New coaching headquarters of the Men’s Azerbaijani team was appointed. The new head coach was the Bronze medalist of the 2008 Olympics in Beijing Movlud Miraliyev. Helping him will be Elchin Ismaylov, Elkhan Radzhables, Shyumshyad Bakhramov, Ilham Mamedov and Zaur Babaev.
It is decided that now adult and youth teams will train together, and the designated coaching staff will control both teams.
Recall, after the failure of the Azerbaijani team, where the men’s team of Azerbaijan, going to the Olympics in full, was not able to conquer any awards, the entire former coach headquarters headed by a Ukrainian specialist Ruslana Mashurenko was dismissed.
In the course of today’s meeting of Sadoehov, noted that the Azerbaijani national team was provided for the past Olympic cycle to everyone, participated in foreign educational and training fees and the largest international competitions. He stressed that specialists who have both sports and coaching experience are collected in the new coaching headquarters. In his opinion, it should help the team.
The new head coach Movlud Miraliyev said that she would try to justify the hopes assigned to him.
