The State Committee for Refugees and Forced Migrants of Azerbaijan conducts surveys of the villagers of the village of Agaly of the Zangilan district in order to determine their socio-economic, educational, demographic status, current activities, which bring income, self-employment and employment, evaluate their needs and study their opinions about phased return. According to the State Committee, people at the age of 16-63 were involved in polls.
Polls, full-time interviews, research and meetings of focus groups, prepared by the State Committee, together with the Supreme Commissariat of the UN for refugees using pilot methodologies, are held in the cities of Baku, Sumgayt, Absheron and Baylagansky districts, where the residents of Agala live most compactly.
In general, it is planned to relocate another 727 inhabitants in the village of Agaly. To evaluate needs 492 able -bodied residents and, accordingly, the effective support of their employment, the relevant polls are conducted.
