The Republic of the Republic, one of the leading digital banks of Azerbaijan, provided its customers with the opportunity to make payment transactions through the PORTMANAT electronic wallet system as part of the Open Banking project.
The Open Banking project, launched jointly with two popular payment portals in the country, joined the new phase with Portmanat.
Previously, the bank’s customers were able to track their facial accounts and browse the history of accounts through the Open Banking service on the online payment platform Hesab.az and Epul.
At the new stage of the project, the Bank’s customers have the opportunity to not only track their facial accounts, but also make payment transactions through the electronic wallet system. Thanks to this innovation, the Bank’s customers will be able to fully secure payment transactions not only through the bank’s digital platforms, but also through the non-bank platform. In order to take advantage of the service, it is enough to add information about the Bank’s bank account on Portmanat or mobile application.
