In Ashgabat on May 24, the next meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States will be held. This was reported by the International Information Center of Turkmenistan (MIC).
12 questions are included on the agenda. Traditionally, in a narrow format, members of the Council will exchange views on relevant topics of economic interaction in the Commonwealth.
It is proposed to discuss the projects of the concept of cooperation in the field of energy and the plan of priority measures for its implementation, as well as an action plan to optimize the infrastructure and the development of international transport corridors passing through the territories of the CIS participants.
In addition, at the meeting it is planned to accept a number of documents regarding cooperation in the field of healthcare, chemical industry, hazardous waste management and counteracting offenses in the field of intellectual property.
Another issue of the agenda of the Council of Heads of Government is the announcement of Ashgabat by the city of new sports capabilities of the Commonwealth.
