In the Russian city of Kyzyl, the Republic of Tuva on October 26, unknown people set fire to the building of the city military registration and enlistment office, the local Ministry of Emergencies reports.
“At the time of the arrival of the first unit, the window opening of the building burned. 12 people and three units of equipment were involved from the Ministry of Emergencies,” the department said.
The military enlistment office was guarded by two police officers. The fire began about two in the morning, a 60-year-old watchman reported about it. First, the window caught fire, after the fire spread to the interior. The fire was quickly extinguished. On the spot, items were found indicating a deliberate arson: fragments from a bottle, a medical mask and a rag saturated with fuel.
This is the second arson of the military registration and enlistment office in the republic since the beginning of mobilization. Earlier they set fire to the commissariat of the Kyzyl district in the village of Kaa-Khem. Since the beginning of mobilization throughout Russia, 36 attacks on administrative buildings have already been recorded.
