Employees of the State Customs Committee conducted a special operation during which they stopped an attempt to illegally introduce medicines into Azerbaijan.
According to the information of the State Tax Service, the Mercedes Benz Actors truck was stopped at the Customs point “Red Bridge”. During the interrogation, the driver of the truck said that he is not lucky for prohibited things, saying that the load consists of materials used in the production of orthopedic mattresses.
However, during an inspection of an X -ray, 57 large cardboard boxes were found in the truck, in which there were 2156 packages of various drugs.
In fact, an investigation is underway.
