laboratories operating at the Azerbaijan Institute of Food Safety (AIPB) are regularly involved in professional testing. They participate in international tests of interlaboratory competence in order to ensure the reliability of test results, as well as improving the competence of personnel.
As part of these measures, the National Reference Laboratory took part in the interlaboratory verification of competence to determine the residual amount of antibiotics in chicken meat, conducted by the British FAPAS organization. The AIPB laboratory received high results in the competence test, in which laboratories operating in the leading countries of the world took part.
It should be noted in international tests of “interlaboratory comparison” (Proficiency Tests) took part laboratory of various leading countries such as English FAPAS, LGC Standard and Pirbright, German Muva Kempten and French Bipea.
