Another top manager died in Russia

In Moscow on Wednesday, September 28, they found the dead directors of communications LLC Digital Logistics Pavel Pchelnikov, Russian media reported.

The body of a man lay on the balcony of his apartments. According to preliminary data, he committed suicide. Pchelnikov was 52 years old. A month before, he published photos from vacation and, judging by them, had fun.

LLC “Digital Logistics” is a subsidiary of Russian Railways. The company is engaged in the digitalization of the sales process of freight railway transportation.

This is the eighth death of the Russian top manager since the beginning of 2022, reminds Moscow Times. On September 1, as a result of a fall from the window of the Central Clinical Hospital, the presidential administration in Moscow died the vice president of Lukoil Ravil Maganov. On July 5, in the cottage village near St. Petersburg, the body of Yuri Voronov was found – the general director of the Astra Shipping transport company, which also worked on the Arctic contracts of Gazprom. The 61-year-old top manager died from a shot in the head. On April 18 in Moscow, the Vice President of Gazprombank Vladislav Avaev, as well as his pregnant wife and 13-year-old daughter, was found dead in Moscow. According to investigators, Avaev shot his wife and child, and then committed suicide. A little later, the body of the former top manager of Novatek Sergey Protoseni was found in Spain in Spain. There they also found his wife and daughter stabbed. In January, in the elite village of Leninsky near St. Petersburg, the 60-year-old head of the Gazprom Invest transport service Leonid Schulman was found dead. Next to the body lay a note in which he complained about pain in a broken leg. In March, the body of the deputy general director of the Unified Settlement Center of Gazprom for corporate security Alexander Tulyakov was discovered in the Leningrad region. A suicide note was also found next to him, the contents of which were decided not to disclose. In May in Mytishchi near Moscow, under strange circumstances, the former top manager of Lukoil, billionaire Alexander Subbotin, died.
