Antalya Airport in August of this year served about 6 million passengers and only 26 million 629 thousand passengers since the beginning of the year.
The Main Directorate of State Airports (DHMI) of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of Turkey announced the statistics of aircraft, passengers and cargoes of the airport last month.
According to this information, the internal passenger flow of Antalya Airport amounted to 581 thousand 182 people, and the international – 5 million 305 thousand 280 people last month. In total, 5 million 886 thousand 462 passengers were served in August.
The number of aircraft flying up and sitting at the Antalya Airport last month amounted to 3 thousand 934 on internal flights and 28 thousand 586 on international, a total of 32 thousand 520.
The volume of cargo transportation (cargo+mail+luggage) in August amounted to 69 thousand 254 tons.
From the beginning of the year to August 31, the Antalya Airport passenger traffic amounted to 26 million 629 thousand people, the number of aircraft – 159 thousand 34, and cargo flow (cargo+mail+baggage) – 309 thousand 497 tons.
